At Western Port Bay Care Community we encourage our residents to live a life of meaning and purpose. Situated on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, south-east of Melbourne, our Care Community is just a few minutes from the cafes and amenities of Tyabb. We offer beautiful living spaces in a modern yet homely environment with personalised care delivered by our experienced team. Our light-filled courtyards and spacious lounge areas are designed for indoor and outdoor living, ideal for spending time with loved ones and enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

Care at Western Port Bay

We offer a relaxing environment with the compassionate and personalised care of 24/7 registered nurses. Our experienced leadership work alongside a capable and confident team to offer residential aged care, palliative care, dementia care and respite care. Allied health professionals also visit regularly. Our memory care neighbourhood provides an environment custom-designed to support the individual needs of residents who are living with dementia. We recognise that understanding the big and the little details about how you like to live each day is important to us – so that we can help you feel at home, have the right support and live your best life in our care.

Daily living at Western Port Bay

When the sun’s out our resident green thumbs enjoy tending our kitchen garden and potted plants. Others like to be creative, spending time on art projects, making craft or listening to music. Our beautiful outdoor courtyards and patios are perfect for spending time with loved ones or relaxing on a sunny day. And our cinema is a great place to watch a film when it’s cool outside. It’s an environment where you’re free to enjoy your interests, independently or with others, continue to learn and try new things, and participate in Western Port Bay life – so you can enjoy your day, your way.

The management are completely ineffective. There is an ongoing issue with parking that they refuse to do anything about. Neighbours are frustrated at dodging pedestrians and cars parked illegally to the point of damage to visitors cars. Suggested a management solution: no action. Steer clear.

Poor management I worked there as a staff and they don’t know how to manage roster how can there manage resident. Don’t ever go to this aged care.
